Little Anthony’s is an Italian-American pizzeria owned and operated by the same family since 1982 – currently into the fourth generation. There are two components to a successful pizzeria, quality and service. As to the first, our dough – kneaded daily – is based on a 90-year-old family recipe; our sauce comes from freshly-packed California tomatoes; we use only whole-milk Wisconsin mozzarella; and our veggie toppings are fresh, not canned.
